Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as CS or CE.
• 5+ years of experience in cyber network engineering or related IT/cybersecurity ops.
• Government certification or equivalent qualification as required.
• Understanding of mobile technologies and implementations.
• Knowledge of networking architecture, traffic, and ISPs.
• System administration across Windows, Unix, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Familiarity with large-scale service components (web servers, DBs, load balancers).
• Ability to assess risk, communicate findings, and support decisions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS and work outside hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage network technologies to support operations.
• Establish and maintain operational infrastructure to support mission needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to share methodologies and tools.
• Analyze network architectures, traffic patterns, and connectivity for objectives.
