Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 20+ years of cyber operations and network infrastructure experience.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders.
• Expertise in penetration testing, defensive methods, and intrusion response.
• Experience coordinating multi-agency or mission-partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance operational solutions with leadership and teams.
• Provide technical direction to teams building complex engineering solutions.
• Evaluate network architectures and identify common technologies for missions.
• Manage relationships with mission partners and government stakeholders.
• Oversee external partner development to align with needs.
• Coordinate priorities with customer leadership and cyber operations.
• Offer oversight in engineering tech, vulnerability research, network modeling.
• Support design, deployment, testing, and validation of bespoke infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate cyber operations and dependencies across partners.
• Prepare and coordinate memoranda, briefs, and planning docs.
• Communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Apply penetration testing and intrusion response to planning.
• Support field activities addressing technical requirements.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations for decisions.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
