NS2 Mission in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Technical Operator to lead operational efforts, coordinate across mission partners, and help deploy specialized network infrastructure.

You will collaborate with program leadership, government stakeholders, and external partners to address challenges, provide oversight of development, and ensure solutions meet mission requirements.

This role demands deep technical knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 20+ years of cyber operations or network infrastructure experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and mission-critical information clearly.
• Experience with multiple agencies and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance operational solutions addressing capability gaps.
• Provide technical direction to teams tackling complex cyber challenges.
• Evaluate network architectures and identify reusable technologies.
• Oversee external partners' deliverables to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate priorities with mission stakeholders and leadership.
• Prepare technical briefings and formal planning documentation.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.
