Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in a technical field relevant to cyber network engineering or related IT and cybersecurity operations.
• Government certification or equivalent qualification, as required for the position.
• Understanding of mobile technologies and their implementations.
• Knowledge of computer networking architecture, network analysis, ISPs, and traffic.
• System administration across Windows, Unix, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Familiarity with web servers, databases, load balancers, caching servers, and storage clusters.
• Ability to assess technical risk, communicate findings, and contribute to decision-making.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage network technologies to support operational activities.
• Establish and maintain operational infrastructure for mission requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to share methodologies and coordinate activities.
• Analyze network architectures, traffic patterns, and provider connectivity for objectives.
• Apply system administration across Windows, Unix, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Evaluate technical risks and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assess infrastructure including web servers, databases, load balancers, storage clusters.
• Support data interpretation by parsing structured and unstructured files.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot and support decisions.
• Manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities to changing needs.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS and work outside hours when required.
