Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary cyber risk and human risk management programs. You will guide engagement strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence across complex client projects.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and develop senior resources while contributing to proposals and future engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, organizational change, learning & development, or consulting.
• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience with human risk management, including security awareness, behavioral analytics, insider risk, or culture change.
• Minimum of 7 years managing or contributing to fast-paced, multi-workstream projects in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total); associate's degree requires 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional cybersecurity engagements with timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Stand up and run PMO functions: governance, reporting cadences, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate distributed delivery teams onshore, offshore, and client-side with clear accountability.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, status reports, and strategic recommendations for C-suite decision‑makers.
