Job summary

Accenture Security seeks a Manager to lead human risk management and cybersecurity advisory engagements for enterprise clients. You will drive program strategy, design awareness, and coordinate multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore teams, while coaching junior resources and ensuring client value.

You will partner with CHROs, CISOs, and other leaders to craft executive-ready recommendations, build governance, and advance security maturity within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, organizational change, learning & development, or consulting.
• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience with human risk management.
• Minimum of 7 years managing or contributing to fast-paced, complex, multi-workstream projects in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute cybersecurity awareness, training, and behavior change programs for enterprise clients.
• Assess client human risk posture and translate findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Advise on and implement AI-enabled learning experiences and human risk management technologies.
• Translate emerging threat intelligence into practical employee education strategies.
• Define and track KPIs that measure risk reduction and program ROI.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity engagements.
• Stand up PMO functions with governance frameworks and dashboards.
• Coordinate distributed delivery teams with clarity and accountability.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align and drive momentum.
• Support business development and help scope future engagements.
