Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, organizational change, learning & development, or consulting.
• Experience with human risk management—security awareness, behavioral analytics, insider risk, or culture change.
• 7+ years managing or contributing to multi-workstream projects in a client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total); if associate, 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a human risk management program from end-to-end for domestic or global enterprise clients.
• Serve as Delivery Lead or project manager, coordinating workstreams and driving accountability across teams.
• Stand up PMO governance frameworks, reporting cadences, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Act as senior individual contributor—conduct assessments, build deliverables, and deliver workshops as an SMA.
• Contribute to RFPs and develop junior resources to ensure successful execution.
