Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of cybersecurity, risk management, organizational change, learning & development, or consulting.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with human risk management including security awareness or culture change.
• Minimum of 7 years delivering multi-workstream projects in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a human risk management program end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery as Delivery Lead.
• Stand up PMO governance, reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Engage client stakeholders and support proposals and scoping.
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on client needs).
