Job summary

Solutions³ LLC seeks a Lab Manager II to join the TEN Lab team and support on-site incident response capabilities for civilian government customers. You will lead Linux/UNIX system administration, drive infrastructure deployment in a lab environment, and help design SOPs and secure configurations.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), and experience across Linux, Windows, and MacOS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MacOS and iOS experience.
• 2+ years Linux System Administrator experience.
• US Citizenship and active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• DHS Suitability to be obtained prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical skills and implement infrastructure solutions for lab missions.
• Support the deployment of new technologies in the lab environment.
• Provide ongoing Linux/Unix system administration, upgrades, patches and troubleshooting.
• Manage Linux/Unix, Windows and MacOS support for TEN infrastructure.
• Oversee project components to meet objectives and deliverables.
• Develop SOPs and lab policies; maintain configuration and support documentation.
• Apply security concepts to mitigate weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
• Perform large-scale configuration management and deployment across OS and virtual environments.
• Monitor RedHat platforms security and health; create daily reports.
• Develop automation using OpenShift, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman.
• Integrate and patch COTS/GOTS apps into OpenShift; manage containerized apps.
• Create automation for deployment to virtual/physical devices via OpenShift, Ansible Tower, Satellite.
• Establish granular access control; ensure backups and system security.
