Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of program management or equivalent experience with IT services.
• Qualified for a DoD 8140 Category E role.
• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Direct Tier 1–3 maintenance staff and coordinate with Tier 4 vendors and product experts on escalations and remediation.
• Monitor SLAs/OLAs, identify adverse trends and drive corrective action.
• Own incident, problem and change management in ServiceNow.
• Oversee lifecycle management, patching and reconfiguration to preserve services.
• Maintain security posture through accreditation activities for Authority to Operate.
• Coordinate maintenance across CONUS and OCONUS sites and with site leads.
• Lead root cause analysis on outages and participate in anomaly response.
• Support 24x7 emergency response for outages and critical events.
