Job summary

Invictus International in Chantilly, VA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large enterprise cybersecurity services program for the NRO. You will direct all contract activities to meet budget and schedule, spanning cybersecurity systems engineering, Tier 1-4 maintenance, and surge support across CONUS and OCONUS sites.

The role requires PMP, a STEM degree, and active TS/SCI with CI poly, with 5+ years of program management experience in IT services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or equivalent experience with IT services.
• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph is required.
• PM certification (PMP) and degree plus relevant security credentials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan and COOP planning.
• Lead monthly Program Management Reviews and report risks with mitigations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as one team.
• Ensure 24x7 emergency support and on-site staffing as directed.
