Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeks a Cyber Excepted Service executive-level supervisor in the J9 Hybrid Cloud Broker Division (HC41). The role leads military, civilian, and contractor personnel, guiding strategy and operations to advance HaCC/J-9 products and services across government agencies.

The position requires Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, rigorous suitability review, and cybersecurity qualifications.

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail - experience reviewing IT-related work or data for accuracy and consistency.
• Customer Service - build and maintain relationships, foresee IT needs, tailor products/services.
• Oral Communication - briefing senior management and IT staff on status and complex info.
• Problem Solving - identify alternatives for complex IT issues and potential sources.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and supervision to military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Establishes clear expectations, delegates work, monitors progress and motivates staff.
• Directs and oversees work to align with strategic plans, methods, and scope.
• Leads engagements, operations, procurement, and personnel issues for HaCC/J-9.
• Maintains situational awareness of customer missions and concerns.
