Job summary

Qualifications

• Problem solving: identify alternatives for complex IT-related issues and evaluate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, supervision, and professional development to military, civilian, and contractor personnel within the Division.
• Establishes clear expectations for personnel, delegates work, monitors progress, and motivates employees.
• Directs, coordinates, and oversees work to ensure consistency in strategic plans, operations, tools, and analytical scope.
• Leads all engagements, operations, procurement, financial, and personnel issues within the Hybrid Cloud Broker Division and promotes HaCC/J-9 products and services.
• Maintains situational awareness of customer missions, resources, and concerns.
