Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is recruiting for a security-focused professional under the Cyber Excepted Service at the GG-13 level, located in the HC33M Infrastructure/Sustainment (SITE MANAGEMENT- MONTGOMERY BRANCH). The role emphasizes safeguarding national security information and managing security programs in or supporting a data center environment.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and successful completion of DoD security certification

Qualifications

Experience managing personnel, physical, industrial and information security programs in a data center.
U.S. Citizenship required and GG-13 qualification within 30 days after the closing date.

Responsibilities

Provides authoritative information and assistance to personnel security policies and related issues; manages program access requests, clearances, courier authorizations, badges, identifications, etc.
Serves as the organization’s Physical Security Officer responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing a physical security program.
Ensures the government and industry-wide uniform application of the DD Form 254, including processing, reviewing, and validating per vendor contract.
Advises on procedures governing classification, declassification, downgrading, and safeguarding of national security information; advises on marking documents and declassification instructions.
