Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeks a senior leader within the Cyber Excepted Service to manage a division within J9 HaCC/HC4. This role focuses on guiding military, civilian, and contractor staff to deliver mission-critical cyber and cloud services.

You will set expectations, delegate work, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with strategic plans, while promoting products and services to federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail - experience reviewing IT-related work or data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
• Customer Service - building relationships with customers and identifying IT needs and suitable products or services.
• Oral Communication - briefing senior-level management and IT staff on status and complex information.
• Problem Solving - identifying alternatives for IT-related issues and evaluating sources for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, supervision, and professional development to military, civilian, and contractor personnel within the Division.
• Establishes clear expectations for personnel assigned, effectively delegates work, monitors progress, and motivates employees.
• Directs, coordinates, and oversees work efforts of assigned and contractor personnel to ensure consistency in strategic plans, operations, tools, and analytical scope.
• Leads engagements, operations, procurement, financial, and personnel issues within the Hybrid Cloud Broker Division and promotes HaCC/J-9 products and services to government agencies.
• Maintains situational awareness of customer missions, resources, challenges, and OSW concerns.
