Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency seeks a senior leader to oversee the HaCC/J-9 Hybrid Cloud Broker Division within the Cyber Excepted Service. This role emphasizes strategic direction, mission alignment, and effective team leadership at the Expert Work Level.

The incumbent will manage diverse military, civilian, and contractor staff, ensuring performance and accountability while coordinating with US Cyber Command and key government partners. A Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required or attainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and development for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Establish expectations, delegate, monitor progress, and motivate staff.
• Direct and oversee work to ensure alignment with strategic plans and analysis scope.
• Lead engagements, operations, procurement, finances, and personnel issues for the division.
• Maintain awareness of customer missions and concerns, and support government agencies.
