Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Specialist, Cyber Intelligence (ISSO) to safeguard information systems and ensure RMF/NIST compliance. The role collaborates with system admins, engineers, and program teams to implement and monitor security controls and documentation.

The ISSO will assist with incident response, vulnerability management, and authorization activities, contributing to a secure, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF, NIST 800-53/800-171 compliance and security requirements.
• Assist with implementation, assessment and monitoring of security controls for information systems.
• Review vulnerability scans, support remediation, track POA&Ms, and assist with incident reporting.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation (SSPs, SOPs, contingency plans, audit artifacts) and coordinate with ISSMs and teams.
