Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cyber Intelligence (ISSO) to protect government networks through RMF, continuous monitoring, and system hardening. You will mentor junior ISSOs, drive A&A efforts, and lead incident response to maintain a strong security posture across assigned systems.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI polygraph, DoD 8140.03 would be preferred, and a track record of working with DISA, NIST, and multiple agency JSIG/NISPOM frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of related experience or 4+ years with graduate degree; or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Experience with RMF, ICD 503, NISPOM guidance and security control assessments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain A&A documentation for assigned systems.
• Perform security control assessments and continuous monitoring.
• Develop device and system hardening guides per DISA and NIST.
• Track and close POA&Ms.
• Manage incident response for areas of responsibility.
• Mentor junior ISSOs and lead security improvements.
• Lead inventory and asset management and physical/site security posture.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
