Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Cyber Intelligence (ISSO) in Tulsa, OK. The role performs ISSO duties under the guidance of the ISSM on government-authorized systems, with responsibilities including A&A documentation, RMF compliance, and vulnerability management.

The position requires knowledge of RMF, NIST, DISA STIG/SCAP, and security tooling. A Secret clearance is required, and the schedule is 9/80 with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with related experience; Secret clearance required.
• Graduate Degree option with 2+ years of related experience; active Secret Clearance required.
• 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ISSM and FSO on system security compliance.
• Perform DISA STIG/SCAP checklists and audits.
• Review Windows audit logs and security tool outputs.
• Conduct risk assessments per RMF, NIST, and DoD standards.
• Develop POA&Ms and remediate control deficiencies.
• Maintain RMF artifacts and system lifecycle documentation.
