Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Manager to join our Intel and Cyber Division at Fort Meade, MD. The role supports DISA and mission-critical IT engineering projects, managing development through implementation and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a BS in a technical field, 5+ years of IT project management, PMP or PMI-ACP, and expertise with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical IT projects with leadership roles.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Subject matter expert with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a complex IT engineering project from development through implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedule with tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Conduct daily scrums to track progress and ensure timely milestones.
• Identify and remove impediments to progress and manage risks.
