Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) - White House Communications Agency in Fort Meade seeks a seasoned Project Manager and technical authority to oversee customer computing and network systems, aligning with US Cyber Command missions.

The role requires evaluating emerging IT architectures, ensuring system redundancy and lifecycle plans, and delivering training to IT and network staff. Telework is limited; incumbents may face security clearances and shift work.

Qualificações

• Attention to Detail- experience reviewing IT-related work or data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
• Customer Service - maintaining relationships, assessing IT needs, and tailoring products/services.
• Oral Communication - briefing management and IT staff, conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Problem Solving - identifying alternatives to address complex IT issues from diverse sources.
• Qualifying Experience - one year of experience with telecom/IT/maintenance ops at GG-13 level or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as principal technical authority and lead Project Manager for IT systems and applications.
• Apply broad knowledge of emerging technologies, enterprise IT architecture, and business processes.
• Ensure redundancy, maintenance support, and lifecycle replacement for programs/systems.
• Develop and present training on operation and maintenance of systems to IT staff and network staff.
