Job summary

WTW group is seeking a Cyber Broker within the FINEX practice to advise clients on cyber risk and design, market, and place complex cyber insurance programs. You will build strong client relationships, analyze exposures, and negotiate with insurers to deliver tailored coverage.

This role requires deep technical cyber knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to drive thoughtful risk-transfer solutions in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in cyber insurance broking, underwriting, or related financial lines disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of cyber insurance products, coverage forms, policy language, and market practices.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on cyber insurance and related financial lines risks.
• Lead client discussions regarding exposure analysis, market conditions, and renewal strategies.
• Design, market, and place cyber insurance programs across a broad range of industries.
