Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Cyber Broker in its FINEX practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor, acting as the primary liaison between clients and insurance markets, and will design, market, and place complex cyber insurance programs while offering strategic risk transfer guidance.

The role requires deep cyber risk knowledge, strong relationship skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-evolving marketplace. Base salary is competitive with an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5+ years in cyber insurance broking, underwriting, or related financial lines.
• Strong knowledge of cyber insurance products, policy language and market practices.
• Experience placing cyber programs and negotiating with insurers, plus RFP involvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one on hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on cyber insurance and related risks.
• Design, market, and place cyber programs across diverse industries.
• Negotiate coverage terms, conditions, and pricing with carriers.
• Support business development, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide technical cyber insurance expertise and contribute to market leadership.
