Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience; or a master's with 5+; or PhD with 1+ years.
• Degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Experience in Digital, Automation, IT systems, or related environments in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading technical teams in a matrix structure.
• Experience managing technical projects in operational environments.
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile, SDLC, Project/Program Management).
• GMP knowledge, change management, and lifecycle governance.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Beneficial certifications: Lean/Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile.
• Broad leadership experience and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Services team to ensure 24/7 uptime and support.
• Oversee automation system design, lifecycle management, and upgrades.
• Manage incident response, risk, and business continuity for automation.
• Drive cybersecurity alignment and data integrity across automation systems.
• Coach technical staff and advance Six Sigma initiatives.
