Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber & Investigative Services Junior Incident Coordinator in Hoboken, NJ. You will coordinate security incident responses, interface with multiple teams, and help maintain incident playbooks and metrics.

This role requires strong communication and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in security roles, and proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk) and forensics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or Security Incident Response roles.
• Experience with eDiscovery or forensic functions and incident handling.
• Deep understanding of threats, vulnerabilities and incident response lifecycle.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of electronic discovery and analysis.
• Experience with SIEM technologies (e.g. Splunk).
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cyber incidents, including after-hours events.
• Serve as liaison with business units and other security teams.
• Drive integration with other incident management programs for consistency.
