Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager to lead client engagements in cyber incidents and data breaches, focusing on post-incident response and regulatory obligations. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, develop executive reports, and drive remediation with control enhancements.

The role requires 5–8 years in related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid model with travel flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, cybersecurity or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in cyber incident response, data breach response, digital forensics, privacy consulting, cybersecurity consulting, risk advisory, or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex information to executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and reviewing work products.
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end breach response engagements following incident containment and forensic investigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, privacy, legal, forensic, compliance, and client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on notification, regulatory, contractual, and reporting obligations.
• Develop executive-level reports, client deliverables, regulatory submissions, and board-ready communications.
• Guide remediation planning and implementation with process improvements and control enhancements.
• Manage large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
• Mentor and develop engagement teams to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
