KLDiscovery Data Analyst Position in India

KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is seeking a Data Analyst in India to support our Cyber Incident Response (CIR) Department.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data-driven insights to facilitate informed business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis and database management will be crucial in supporting the CIR department.

Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources.
2. Analyze data and troubleshoot issues related to data loading, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Set up database structures, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Perform data extraction in various formats.
5. Assist in developing and maintaining data sources.
6. Support KLDiscovery's Cyber practice with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on programming.
2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. At least 2 years of experience with SQL databases, preferably MS SQL.
4. At least 2 years of experience with script creation and troubleshooting.
5. At least 2 years of experience with Excel VBA Macros, PowerQuery, and RegEx.
6. Cyber Incident Response background is a plus.
