Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cyber Endpoint Security Systems Engineer to support SITEC 3 EOM at MacDill AFB, FL. The role focuses on architecting, detecting, and automating containment across enterprise endpoint ecosystems.

The candidate will staff high-availability architectures, perform migrations, and provide Tier 3 escalation for OS compatibility issues. A DoD certification path and DoW TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Min 12 years with HS Diploma
• Min 10 years with AS/AA degree
• Min 8 years with BS/BA degree
• Security+ and DoW TS/SCI clearance required

Responsibilities

• Architect, test, and deploy resilient endpoint security topologies.
• Lead modernization initiatives for on-prem and cloud security.
• Design and test migration paths for legacy point products.
• Engineer multi-platform agent compatibility across OS and containerized environments.
• Develop, test, and deploy detection rules mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Establish and govern endpoint telemetry pipelines to SIEM and data lakes.
