Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with our Cyber Security Operations teams within the Global Cyber Security organization. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable platforms and data/AI workstreams, aligning delivery with business risk and priorities.

You will lead cross-functional planning, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage SLAs, KPIs, and audits. A strong background in SDLC, cloud, and security frameworks, plus 5+ years in delivery roles,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
• Experience working with Cyber Security operations.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST) preferred.
• Experience coordinating Data & AI workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams and milestones.
• Coordinate Data & AI workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, and updates.
• Track decisions, assumptions and dependencies so they are visible and progressed.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as delivery interface between end users, tech leads, engineers and vendors.
• Support sprint, release and transition planning across development, testing, infra, data and support teams.
• Support change, adoption, documentation, handover and transition to live service.
