State Street Corporation seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with Cyber Security Operations teams within the Global Cyber Security organization. The role focuses on transforming security operations into a product-led service, delivering applications, platforms and Data & AI workstreams while aligning outcomes to business risk.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical delivery, project management, Scrum, or service delivery, with strong stakeholder engagement and SDLC/cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related discipline is required.
• 5+ years in Technical Delivery/Project Management roles in security context.
• Certifications in PMP/Scrum/Agile preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, managing cross-functional milestones.
• Coordinate delivery of Data & AI workstreams with dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Track technical decisions, assumptions and dependencies; ensure visibility and progression.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as day-to-day delivery interface among end users, technical leads, engineers and vendors.
• Support sprint, release and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data and support teams.
• Support change, adoption, documentation, handover and transition to live service.
