Job summary

Pfizer Inc. seeks a seasoned Site Data & Automation Team Lead to oversee cybersecurity, network and infrastructure lifecycle within a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will partner closely with leadership to ensure compliant operations, robust data foundations, and AI-ready data services across the site. The role requires expert leadership, deep knowledge of cybersecurity controls, and experience in data governance, system integrations, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or higher degree with reduced experience requirements
• Degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• Experience in Digital, Automation, IT systems in regulated manufacturing environments
• Experience leading and developing technical teams and managing projects
• Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance requirements (GMP, validation) beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop site Digital & Automation teams and manage cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure lifecycle
• Oversee data strategy, governance, and system integrations aligned with enterprise standards
• Ensure lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and end-of-life tasks following change control
• Coordinate with Cyber Security, IT, quality, and business partners to deliver secure, compliant operations
• Drive incident response, risk remediation, and audit readiness across site systems
