You will drive transformation from reactive audits to continuous assurance across CMMC 2.0, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CE+ and related requirements, coordinating with global teams and executives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience leading cybersecurity compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of CMMC 2.0/NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and CE+.
• Ability to deliver multi‑workstream programs across global sites.
• Experience with budgets, risks, and compliance governance.
• Must be a U.S. person due to export controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Eaton’s Cyber Compliance Transformation Program across all frameworks.
• Translate strategy into an integrated plan, roadmap, and roles‑and‑responsibilities matrix.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependencies across sites.
• Coordinate audit readiness, evidence management, and remediation validation.
• Present program health and milestones to executives and stakeholders.
