The Program Manager – IT Cyber Compliance at Eaton is responsible for delivering the multi-framework cybersecurity compliance program end to end, translating the CISO’s vision into actionable plans across CMMC 2.0, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CE+. Raleigh, NC-based role with opportunity to collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in program management with cybersecurity/compliance focus.
• Expertise across CMMC 2.0, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CE+, and TISAX.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream programs end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Cyber Compliance Transformation program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
