Job summary

3M is seeking a Cyber Compliance Oversight Manager to govern the MSP delivering cybersecurity and technology compliance services. You will oversee the Cyber Compliance Management Program, ensuring alignment with unified controls framework, assessments, monitoring, readiness reviews, and reporting.

This role involves evaluating MSP outputs, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, conducting service reviews, and guiding risk-based control assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Management completed and verified prior to start.
• Five years of experience in cyber compliance operations in private, public, government or military environments.
• Cybersecurity knowledge, regulatory and standards familiarity (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOX, PCI, CMMC, TISAX, SWIFT).
• Experience managing compliance programs, control frameworks, regulatory change management and monitoring.
• Control assessments, evaluating design and operating effectiveness, and interpreting evidence.
• Continuous improvement mindset with up-to-date regulatory expectations.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the MSP delivering day-to-day cybersecurity compliance operations.
• Reviewing and approving MSP outputs, updates, assessments, monitoring results and reports.
• Monitoring MSP performance against SLAs and KPIs; ensuring scope, quality and timelines.
• Conducting regular service delivery reviews and driving continuous improvement in compliance ops.
• Assess regulatory changes and ensure updates to obligations and common controls.
• Collaborate with MSP on risk-based control assessments and remediation validation.
• Oversee ongoing compliance monitoring results and escalate issues as needed.
• Support readiness assessments by reviewing gap analyses and maturity evaluations.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit for evidence and alignment with expectations.
• Present monthly compliance metrics and insights through MSP dashboards and exec reporting.
