Job summary

Exigent Services is seeking a Cyberspace Asset Manager Level II to oversee enterprise IT asset lifecycle management in support of DoD operations. You will ensure accurate tracking, reconcile records, and maintain compliance with DoD policies while coordinating with technical and logistics teams to sustain mission-ready infrastructure.

The role emphasizes data quality, inventory accuracy, and proactive asset oversight to support critical cyber operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset management system and track lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
• Resolve asset discrepancies and update records for custodial/location changes.
• Validate asset receipt and coordinate vendor actions (RMA, warranty).
• Serve as Property Custodian for Government-Furnished Equipment and CAP per DoD policy.
• Conduct QA reviews and periodic inventories to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage stock locations, logs, and chain-of-custody for sensitive equipment.
• Coordinate secure disposal or degaussing per DoD/NSA guidance.
• Provide remote-access troubleshooting to support infrastructure operations.
• Support asset management initiatives, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with hardware/software changes affecting accountability and compliance.
• Develop asset documentation and reporting to support audits and operations.
• Provide customer service and clear communication with technical, logistics, and leadership stakeholders across the organization.
