Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to serve as the Cyber Analysis Lead supporting the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) and the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (OUSD P&R).

This Key Personnel position provides technical leadership for cyber analysis activities supporting one of the Department of Defense's most critical information environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10 years in cybersecurity operations, threat intel, vulnerability management, or cyber defense.
• Experience leading cyber analysis, threat intel, vulnerability assessments, or cyber defense teams.
• Strong ability to communicate complex findings to Government leadership.
• Familiarity with RMF, eMASS, SIEMs, and DoD cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of cyber analysts to identify, analyze, and mitigate threats.
• Develop enterprise security monitoring strategies and analytic methodologies.
• Lead threat intelligence analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Provide actionable, risk-based mitigation recommendations to enable informed decisions.
