Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Cyber Analysis Lead to support DMDC and DHRA within OUSD P&R. You will steer cyber analysis, threat intelligence, and RMF-based risk mitigation across a large DoD enterprise. The role requires coordinating with Government stakeholders and CSSPs to strengthen mission cybersecurity.

The position is hybrid, based at Mark Center (Alexandria, VA) or Seaside, CA, with active DoD Secret clearance and DoD 8140 certification requirements. Onsite presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 10 years of cybersecurity experience or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading cyber analysis, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, or cyber defense teams.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical findings to Government leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of cyber analysts responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement enterprise security monitoring strategies and analytical methodologies.
• Lead threat intelligence analysis, vulnerability assessments, and cyber risk evaluations across enterprise environments.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, SOC personnel, and technical teams to support proactive cyber defense operations.
• Mentor and develop cyber analysts, fostering technical growth and analytical excellence.
• Prepare and present analytical findings, cybersecurity assessments, and recommendations to Government leadership and program stakeholders.
