Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Cyber Analysis Lead to support the DMDC and DHRA within OUSD P&R. The role provides technical leadership for cyber analysis, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and enterprise risk reduction across a complex DoD environment.

The position covers approximately 15,000 devices, 600+ government apps, 100 RMF boundaries, and hybrid cloud deployments, requiring collaboration with CSSPs and government stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity posture and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years in cybersecurity operations or related fields.
Experience leading cyber analysis, threat intelligence, or defense teams.
Experience assessing risks in large enterprise environments.
Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to meet DoD 8140 requirements.
Knowledge of DCWF Work Role 443 – Network Analyst (Advanced) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of cyber analysts to identify and mitigate threats.
Develop security monitoring strategies and analytic methods.
Lead threat intelligence analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
Provide risk-based mitigation recommendations for decision-makers.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders and SOC teams.
Mentor analysts and drive analytical excellence.
Analyze threat data to spot trends and new threats.
Improve analytical processes and reporting capabilities.
Ensure activities align with DoD RMF and policies.
Present findings to Government leadership.
