Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to serve as the Cyber Analysis Lead supporting the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) and the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (OUSD P&R).

This Key Personnel position provides technical leadership for cyber analysis activities supporting one of the Department of Defense's most critical information environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent with 10+ years in cybersecurity operations or defense.
• Experience leading cyber analysis, threat intel, vulnerability assessment, or cyber defense teams.
• Strong ability to communicate complex findings to government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of cyber analysts to identify, analyze, and mitigate threats.
• Develop enterprise security monitoring strategies and analytic methodologies.
• Lead threat intelligence analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Develop risk-based mitigation recommendations for decision-makers.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and SOC personnel for proactive defense.
• Mentor cyber analysts and foster analytical excellence.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership.
