Job summary

EY's Cyber AI team seeks a Cyber AI Engineer (Manager level) to help clients apply frontier AI models to real security challenges, from prototype to production, while guiding delivery.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor consultants, and work hands‑on in architecture, code reviews, and integration, partnering with frontier model providers to translate deployment findings into practical engineering requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on software engineering and 1–2 years building or deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and Git; experience with CI/CD and testing.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models for cybersecurity.
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure AI operations.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants.
• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation and remediation.
• Collaborate with frontier model providers and researchers.
• Develop reusable components, evaluation suites, and playbooks.
