Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Practice Engagement Manager for its Data & Analytics Practice. The role manages client interfaces within the assigned account scope and collaborates with the Group Practice Engagement Manager to build a plan and ensure client success.

You will drive business development, own the opportunity cycle, nurture CXO relationships, and coordinate across delivery, marketing, and analytics teams to align solutions with client strategy and maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required with strong sales/relationship management.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience interacting with CXO level client contacts.
• Ability to lead proposal creation and present proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and own opportunity management cycle.
• Drive sales strategy for data and analytics services.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline with vertical sales teams.
• Act as trusted advisor, present tailored data solutions.
• Coordinate with delivery, CTO Organization, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Account planning and governance, including pricing decisions.
• Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
