Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to own the Customer Experience tech stack and blueprint. You will shape a roadmap for CX tools such as Zendesk, Zapier, Sprout, and others, and drive automations that free up the CX team to focus on impact.

You will partner with IT and Digital Product to land new tools, build AI-powered workflows, and lead one direct report as the company scales its internal processes for greater global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a CX/Support team.
• Ability to own CX tech stack roadmap.
• Experience designing automation and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities
