Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking a senior CX/Tools leader in the United States to own the roadmap for customer experience tooling such as Zendesk and Zapier. You’ll drive automation and AI workflows to cut busywork and partner with IT and Digital Product, growing one direct report.

You’ll be a tech-savvy decision-maker who evaluates tools, communicates clearly, and cares about making a tangible impact within a purpose-driven company.
