Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Manager, Customer Experience Strategy to lead a two-person Senior Analyst team and shape the insights roadmap for the guest planning experience. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into strategic recommendations that guide planning, personalization, and engagement.

You will set measurement frameworks, influence cross-functional partners, and ensure delivery of high-impact, data-driven solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in strategy, analytics, or customer experience.
• 1+ years leading analysts or similar talent.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into workplans.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders with data-driven recommendations.
• Fluent with SQL and cloud data platforms like Snowflake; proficient in Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of two Senior Customer Experience Analysts with clear goals and development plans.
• Own the Customer Experience insights agenda and quantify opportunities.
• Translate insights into a prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Provide leadership in data-driven storytelling to executives.
