Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years related work experience, including 3+ years leading engineers
• Experience with automated ETL/ELT pipelines at scale
• Experience with data quality tooling and data security/privacy regulations
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven inclusive and collaborative leadership in a matrix org

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into engineering work
• Execute strategy and roadmap for data products supporting Guest experiences
• Lead a team of engineers day-to-day and develop team members
• Reinforce best practices and data engineering standards
• Serve as a technical resource on delivery practices with engineers and partners
• Support data collection strategies while ensuring privacy compliance
• Stay current on product direction and privacy landscape affecting data strategy
