Job summary

Nex-Tech is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to help customers across its products and services, building relationships and recommending solutions. This role serves Quinter and Hoxie locations, with a schedule across both towns to ensure a great, ongoing customer experience.

You will sell, assist with questions, process orders and payments, and resolve issues while maintaining data privacy and accuracy. A customer-first attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Nex-Tech and Nex-Tech Wireless products and services.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, pricing, and features.
• Process service orders, upgrades, disconnects, and number ports.
• Accept and post customer payments and assist with billing inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Support account maintenance and documentation processes.
• Maintain compliance with customer data privacy regulations.

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and finding the right solutions. In this role, you’ll support customers across our products and services, recommend solutions that fit their needs, process transactions, and create a positive experience from start to finish.This position serves both our Quinter and Hoxie locations, working in Quinter Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Hoxie Tuesday and Thursday. If you enjoy connecting with people, driving sales, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do:

• Sell and promote Nex-Tech and Nex-Tech Wireless products and services
