Trimble Inc. is seeking a CX Research and Information Designer to turn complex research into compelling visual narratives for construction, mining, and field systems. You will create infographics, dashboards, and workflows that drive product improvements globally.

With 5–8 years in information design or UX, you will plan global research sessions and translate insights for cross-functional teams. Dayton, OH in-office role with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in information design, research visualization, or UX design.
• Strong portfolio translating research into customer-ready visuals.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in UX, Graphic Design, Information Design, or related field.
• Excellent storytelling with ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact visual representations of research data, including infographics, interactive dashboards, and workflows.
• Plan and execute global research sessions, including customer interviews, surveys, and user testing to gather deep insights.
• Craft compelling data-driven stories and visual narratives that highlight key patterns and trends for stakeholders.
• Lead exploration of interactive prototypes and AI applications to innovate research methods and UX design.
• Partner with cross-functional Insights and Product teams to translate intricate findings into clear, actionable visual strategies.
