Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a CEx Program Specialist, Nvidia to provide tactical account management for Nvidia, focusing on Photonics Connectivity Solutions (PCS) and advanced data center connectivity. This role partners with the Nvidia global account team to fulfill commitments and drive customer success.

You will collaborate with Customer Operations, PLM, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, build strong customer relationships, and support account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across functions.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-value projects.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proven data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical account management to execute Nvidia strategy and enable account growth.
• Develop trusted partnerships with Nvidia and ODMs to expand access for Corning Optical Communications.
• Assist the CEx Program Manager in end-to-end order-to-delivery for Nvidia across all products.
• Coordinate cross-functional support from Customer Operations, PLM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Deal Desk, Marketing, and Sales.
• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings to review timelines and metrics.
• Support forecasting for high-visibility projects by updating project information and on-site dates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Corning Optical Communications products sold to Nvidia and their applications.
