Job summary

Teton, an AI and computer vision platform, seeks an operations leader to own the deployment journey for new care communities from contract to live system. You will directly run early deployments and translate learnings into repeatable processes, tooling, and reporting that scale across sites.

You will guide cross-functional teams, designing scalable playbooks while ensuring consistent data, timelines, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site deployments, preferably in healthcare or AI-enabled environments.
• Ability to design and implement repeatable processes from first principles.
• Proven capability to influence across departments without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment path for new care communities from signed contract to live system.
• Run early deployments personally and translate outcomes into repeatable tooling and reporting.
• Develop scalable playbooks and capacity planning to support AI rollouts across sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain one plan and one source of truth.
