Teton, an AI and computer vision platform, seeks an operations leader to own the deployment journey for new care communities from contract to live system. You will directly run early deployments and translate learnings into repeatable processes, tooling, and reporting that scale across sites.
You will guide cross-functional teams, designing scalable playbooks while ensuring consistent data, timelines, and governance.
This role owns the path every new care community takes from signed contract to live system, running early deployments personally and then turning that work into repeatable process, tooling and reporting. A strong candidate has years of multi site implementation work, has built processes from scratch and gotten teams to adopt them, and can lead across departments without formal authority. Comfort with startup ambiguity and hands on execution alongside long term system building matters more than titles.
The product is computer vision that watches rooms and flags risk, so the operations job is about getting that system installed, calibrated and trusted at each site. AI can speed up status tracking and reporting, but the judgment calls on timelines, risk and handoffs between teams stay with people. The human core is keeping every site on one plan and one source of truth when many teams touch the same customer.
Working here means learning how computer vision deployments actually land in care settings, including site evaluation, technical setup and clinical governance before baseline. That gives practical exposure to rolling out AI hardware and software across many locations and to the data quality that keeps alerts reliable. Building fluency in deployment tooling connected to a CRM and in capacity planning for AI rollouts would strengthen a candidacy.
